"My wife and I had been shopping for infrared saunas for a year or so. There were so many variances in price, features, quality and such that we were more confused than informed. I just couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger with one of these online drop-ship places. And there wasn'tt anybody at these online stores that really seemd to know about infrared saunas. Tennessee Saunas was recommended to us at a dinner party so I called them. They were very informative and knowledgeable--never pushy; they even did additional research for us on the ailment I was seeking the sauna to help (lyme disease) We ordered it on a Monday and the sauna was installed in my spare bedroom Wednesday night. There was no charge for the install and they stayed for another 45 minutes to show me all the features and make sure I was comfortable with turning on the controls.(Another company wanted to charge me $500 for setup)

We love our sauna and are geting immense benefits from it. I honestly haven't felt this good in 18 months. I have called the company back with a couple questions about after that, and the answers were prompt and thorough even after the sale. Great service and product for the price they charge. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at infrared sauas."
