"I have purchased 128 trees and 97 of them died - the vast majority of them being pine trees with a few red maple and tulip trees. That is a 75% death rate which is absolutely pathetic. One of their problems is they ship through the post office which is extremely unreliable. I had one delivery sit over the weekend and by the time I received them, the pines were already withered and dying. I would not recommend using this company. I ordered pine trees through the arbor day foundation and had an 90%+ survival rate - same tree, planted in the same spot the same time of year.
Their customer support is terrible, never answers the phone and just an overall bad experience."

And the warranty on your replacement plants is the current focus of your attention. Please be aware that despite the fact that all of our plants are covered by a warranty. Nevertheless, the warranty is only valid for the initial plant that an individual buys. Regrettably, it is not possible to apply it to the second plant or to the replacement plant. Just like any other company, we are unable to provide an unending warranty for the plants that you purchased from us. I am hoping for your understanding on this matter.

“During the "dormant" season, when the plants do not have any leaves, foliage, or blossoms, is when we ship bare root plant. All of our bare root stock is dug up fresh when an order is placed, and it is available in a range of sizes. Every one of the plants, regardless of how big it is, has a warranty attached to it. Please allow the plants 8–9 weeks from the date of delivery to begin to thrive; if this is not the case, kindly send us an email with a picture of the dead plant, and we will begin the process of implementing the warranty. "I ordered 6 red twig dogwoods and only 3 grew. Now mind your they were guaranteed . But the guarantee does not cover replacement if the price goes up ! So to get the items replaced I had to pay more ! This store credit is bs and so is the guarantee !"
