"I ordered 4 Nike ankle sleeves in medium. One of the boxes was marked medium but contained a large ankle sleeve. I called Tennis Plaza and they sent me a return label. They received the item back on 11/28 with my note to exchange it, but they never sent the replacement. Numerous calls to their customer service were pointless, as they kept saying they were shipping me a new sleeve but never did. Today they told me they never received the item back but the tracking number proved them wrong. Then they said the item was out of stock and that's why they never shipped the replacement. They had no idea when they were getting them in again ("sometime next year"). I told them to refund me, and I would buy it somewhere else. I do almost all my shopping online, and this is pretty much the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never order from them again."
"Ordered some tennis grips and some strings from tennis plaza. No tax since im in California and free shipping is offered over $50 which is better than other sites which requires you to spend over $75. Items came as described and in a matter is days. Will order from them again. "
"I used Tennis Plaza when I was in South Carolina last summer. I used them because they offered free shipping for a 72-ball bag of Tretorn Micro X pressureless balls, and they were in Florida (not so far away for UPS Ground). I would probably use them when I move back to South Carolina for my graduate school. I live outside the US and visit family in South Carolina."
"This is my 5-th order with this merchant. So far all products were as described and i always picked the free shipping option which is the main reason for shopping here. Also, the prices are good. Usually delivery it's in about 3-6 business days.
The website has some issues like when you click on a product they don't have in stock it won't tell you that, but instead redirect you to the main page.
Other than this, I would highly recommend the store, especially for stuff like strings, grips, balls, accessories..."
"Purchase a new Head CrossBow 6 racket from these guys last week and received it today. Racket is brand new and they had it listed in stock on their website before the other guys. Simple order confirmation e-mail with tracking was sent out and tracking # was accurate. Would do business again. No chance to review return policy since I haven't had to return anything yet."
