"Ordered some store items and tennis balls. All items were in stock. Ship 1 business day. I ordered Thursday afternoon, which I didn't expect until late Saturday or Monday. I received the items on Saturday but no tennis balls. I waited until Monday and still didn't receive tennis. The tracking order said that it is in transition to be delivered for the last 3 days now. Not really sure if it is even shipped. Disappointed that they couldn't live up to their 2 days shipping. I lived in central CA, which is only 3 hours away from Tennis Warehouse."

"I placed an order online 8/17/2013. I paid for 2-day shipping and it was supposed to arrive by 8/21/2013. Obviously when someone pays for expedited shipping, they need the item before a certain date. When it didn't arrive by the 21st, I logged into the website to check the order status. The order was CANCELED! I called them to find out if it was true and what happened. They claimed to have called me three times to verify the order, but I had no voicemails or emails from them since I placed the order."
"I bought my son a pair of tennis shoes from Tennis Warehouse. After just 5 months the stitching has come apart on the left shoe. Having contacted them they told me that the junior shoes are not made to the same standard as the adult shoes and therefore are likely to fail after 5 months. My advice is do not buy junior shoes from them if they themselves have admitted that they are not made up to par. Very Disappointed."
"these low life f bustard .i do hate corporations, they are legal thieves in my opinion and my subjective truth . i send them two racquets pro staff 85 chicago and taiwan model . after one month they said oh we did not receive them . i f lost it and emailed the post office label-- curse at them . one guy told me oh let me check the depot came back and he said they are working on it and he said monday will be delivered with an order number. i checked monday the order is not found . i called these f bustard one of them said oh we are waiting for the strings to arrive. i told him any f strings are fine he said ok will be delivered and they did not. i called back two weeks later someone told me oh sorry is going to take time but it will be delivered this monday they deliver it without grommet which i told them ineed to put grommets on both not strings only . they charged me for something i did not ask to do ; strings only -- i needed grommets and i lost it these mf corporation bustard have shoes made by child labors .f corporations the most insidious institutions of all. i told them now mf give me back my money his reaponse you are banned from bying from us f you . my advice to anyone never let corporations take a dime from you they are the destruction of the world . they prey on cheap labors outsourcing etc anti union"
"I have ordered from Tennis Warehouse a number of times. They have always shipped quickly and I have been happy with what I have received. Last time I decided to add a product to my order after I had already clicked submit. I sent an email to customer service and they were able to put the product into the order and still get it shipped out the same day. "
"The prince blue racquet which was sent was an older model and the strings were broken. They offered to send a replacement overnight (later I found out about the $10 charge to correct their mistake). The second racquet was a recent model. I will shop elsewhere."
"Terrible Experience. Placed a $900+ order...waited & waited...called to check on order. They said they tried to call three time (I have voice mail - no message). The gentleman apologized and said he would ship the order 2nd day at no cost to me, with the exception of two b/o items. Waited and waited again...now two weeks later I call and get a lady. She said my order was cancelled and that they tried to reach me. Well, I personally spoke with a guy last week who told me the order was shipping 2nd day because of the hassle. They obviously has order processing issues, not to mention customer service issues. Will never order from them again."

Upon getting an email confirmation, I called Tennis-Warehouse.com and the service rep said my order would be shipped right away. I got another email confirmation that my order had just been shipped. The shoes was delivered to my front door the next day (Saturday) without any problem. The product and the service exceeded my expectation."

"Steer clear of these guys. I've been a long time customer of Tennis Warehouse, ordering hundreds of dollars of rackets and strings in the past. That is until today. The tracking information for the new racket I had overnight-ed showed a front door delivery at a time when my wife and I were both at home, but alas no racket was delivered. When I contacted TW's customer service about the issue, they insisted that I order and pay for a second racket and if the first racket ever showed up, I would have to pay for return shipping on the first racket as well. I had been expecting that they would simply overnight another one, for the inconvenience. As I explained to them, if the original racket ever showed up I would be more than happy to return it. No dice. All this hassle and disrespect for a $69 tennis racket. Unbelievable. Instead of trusting a long time customer, they've lost one. There are too many other good options out there for my tennis needs."
