"I purchased this product to unlock an older iphone which I had forgotten the password for. First, it didn't work. It would get all the way to the end of the process which took hours and then give an error and rollback. Second, they aren't clear that you are actually purchasing a "subscription" when you buy it. Then 3 days before it renewed (which I had been unaware of) they send you a link that it is renewing. I go to the website and there is no phone number, you need to login to cancel, so I created an account, and after 4 or 5 attempts and rounds of forgot password, I could not login. I was forced to use their online support form. Requested an immediate cancellation. 3 days later, no response but, of course, a notice of successful renewal of the subscription. I responded to that email to request a cancellation and refund. Of course, they cancelled but asked for proof of my prior support request. I didn't have proof because they forced me to use their online support form the first time and they don't email you a copy of my request, so they won't give me a refund. Companies like this are geared to rip you off which maybe I could have tolerated if the software worked in the first place. There are other options for iphone unlocking, stay as far away from this one as possible!"
