"I am very unsatisfied with the service I got from this company. I was forced to cancel my puchase and any other future purchases with them. I paid a fee for shipping my order within 3 days. The fee I paid was over three times the amount shown on their website. I have proof of this. The lack of professionailsm in simply answering my phone calls to determine when the items would be shipped is less than acceptable. I could not be given a date for shipment even though I spoke to them three times. Each time they were to call me back and never did. When I said I needed an answer because I was dealing with a deadline and couldn't get a response I asked for a refund. The guy said he would "get right on it" and when I asked for his name he hung on me. "

"Purchased two 4" speakers on February 5th and received instant confirmation e-mail with a link to follow my order status. Order status page shows no indication my items have been mailed. I opened a support ticket on their website on February 17th inquiring as to the the order status and never heard any reply. Furthermore, on March 20th, I form-submitted a request for a status update and on March 23rd I called and left a voice mail asking the same questions. Over a month and a half have passed and aside from an initial automated e-mail, I have received ZERO communication from Teptronics.com. They accepted payment, haven't delivered anything, and aren't returning calls/emails/support tickets. Avoid them at all costs, or you'll be sorry too."
"Today, March 12, 2010 makes TWO WEEKS since my order was placed. My account was debited almost immediately for the 12" woofer I ordered which included $10.35 for shipping. If this was medication or something crucial, I would be a goner by now! WTF! Customer service is basically just answering the phone and supposedly sending a message forward to the company. I've left three messages and an e-mail too. Thinking about forwarding a letter to the attorney general or something. They were on Facebook, and as of today, there is no way to find them there at all.

I ordered a amp 2 weeks ago. Their web site does not give any way to check tracking. I have called for last four day's at all time of the day and it has gone to the answering service located in Coral Gables FLA! I called the answering service front office and told them of the situation. I told them they might be part of a scam business and they should investigate this "rouge" company! He told me to call them tomorrow. Believe me I Will! THE ONLY thing that might be wrong I sure don't know, but they might be "snowed" in, and nobody can get to work or they might be flooded with calls and everything goes to the answering service. I just don't think this is any way to run a business! somebody please e-mail me @ ****@**** if you know something I don't! I really would have liked to have my AMP! "

"I placed my order on 12/15 and paid extra for 3 day dely so it would get here on Christmas. It is now 7 days and I can't get a live body to talk to, so I sent 2 e-mails an hour and a half ago telling them I need to know today what is happening because I might have to go out and search for this item in the stores. And when the item actually gets delivered I will return it and I will never deal with them again. My daughter says even if I get the item I should requst a refund on the additional money I spent to expedite it. I am so frustrated.
.........I finally did get a response from them about 4 hrs later. They apologized but informed me that "they were waiting on a shipment of the items ordered from the manufacturer...nothing had been charged to my card". This would have been acceptable if after the three days in which I should have received it someone had let me know it was still not shipped. Therefore, I cancelled my order. I will not be re-ordering through them, they are not reliable.
