A search on the Internet for Toshiba's site showed Tegglobal's link so I reluctantly agreed to the $400 fee and got all the help I needed...not only for the new laptop but for several other devices as well. I KNOW just enough about the health of computers to know when I should stop self-medicating and let the experts do surgery or assure me only a bandaid is needed. "I originally requested service regarding my printer. I spoke with several techs, however, the problem was not resolved. The last tech I spoke with told me I needed to buy a new printer. As it turned out, the tech was wrong.
I called to cancel the service and it took over 3 weeks to get that resolved. I would not recommend the service because of bad customer service. However, I received a refund for part of what I paid as a cancellation fee. After my review, I received a phone call and e-mail advising me that a total refund would be sent to my credit card and I was offered a free service of assistance because I was dissatisfied. I am very please with the outcome and I would recommend this company in the future."
