On all my orders they used Federal Express which is fine except they instruct FedEx (at least this is what FedEx tells me) to not allow the package to be held at a FedEx facility for pick up or to be delivered to another FedEx facility. If you are not home it makes it very difficult to get the package. Some FedEx drivers use my front door, others my back door (regardless of the information you write in your FedEx delivery manage account) and when they leave a deliver notice that needs to be sign for delivery the next day, it is a duck shoot as to which door they will check."
