They walked me thru how to add the extra options to the Rigol DS2000 and took the time to teach me how to use them. Even though I liked it, it did not have all the features that I realized I wanted. They pleasantly took back the item even after I had installed the add-on key codes and gave me a full refund. I will buy my next Oscilloscope from Tequipment.net I also had to send back my Rigol DP832, but it was for financial reasons.
