"Was in the market for a oscilliscope. They had the best price, but out of stock. Contacted them via email, they responded within an hour stating it would be in-stock by the end of the month, and back-orders were first come first serve. I placed my order that day.

Automated email communication was great. Not only did I received an order confirmation, but two estimated ship date emails.

For some reason I did not get a shipment notification, but I contacted order support via web chat. Pete cleared it up right away and supplied the tracking info.

Very impressed by the responsiveness of pre-sales and support communication.

"I recently ordered two Fluke 1750's and two transit cases from TEquipment.net. They had the best price of all the distributors that I contacted, and their customer service is superb. Any issues or requests that I had were taken care of immediately and with grace. I needed to split my order to deliver to two different offices, and they took care of that with dispatch. I will be contacting TEquipment first next time I need to order testing equipment. Their follow up has been excellent also."

"Very impressive transaction from start to finish. I always do a lot of research before acquiring anything new, and Tequipment had lots of information and videos on its site about the Rigol line of scopes. I was interested in the DS1102E, which is the second-lowest from the bottom in price but has gotten sky-high reviews ever since it came out.

A friend had forwarded a Tequipment.net online ad offering 5 percent off, free shipping, and a free equipment bag, which usually sells for $80, for the scope I ordered, making a good deal even better.

I placed the order, including the discount code and a note requesting the free bag and got a call from Pete, who asked politely where the "free bag" was offered. I sent him the ad. He agreed that the bag was listed and that I would get it.

Later that day he emailed me to say that the ad shouldn't have offered the bag for free -- it was an error -- but that I would get it anyway as a good-faith gesture. I thought that was unusual these days, and expressed appreciation.

He also informed me that they try to take orders directly to UPS rather than waiting for pickups, to cut down on shipping time. Sure enough, the bag arrived the day after I placed the order, and the scope came early the next day.

A good price, courteous and honorable customer service, and quick delivery. Thanks, Pete and Tequipment.
