Shipment thru UPS with required signature delivery proved a challenge. UPS after attempting delivery indicated that it was being delivered to one of their local depots (in this case a CVS) that afternoon. The package was not delivered to this access point for two days. Trying to get details from UPS's tracking system only indicated it was delivered when clearly it was not.

With no way to quickly open a claim with UPS, I reached out to TE and spoke with Loretta. After explaining my situation she opened a delivery claim with UPS and kept me informed on progress on her end.

I continued to check in daily with the access point and it finally arrived and I was able to secure the package.

While the problems of the delivery are not technically TE Equipment problem, the fact that TE has a phone number and a human answers (Loretta) and that she submitted a claim from her end means that the next time I am looking to source tools and or equipment online, I an definitely coming back to TE Equipment."
