"I placed an order with Tequipment via Amazon for a new digital O'Scope in early January 2018.

Rigol was offering a special bundle deal turning on the advanced features of the scope model for a limited time when purchases from an authorized seller, which Tequipment is.

I contacted Tequipment for assistance on getting the license code to enable the features, and Tequipment customer service went above and beyond to get things set up since dealing with the Amazon email system made it more challenging getting the needed direct contact info to Tequipment.

Once I was finally able to get the information to Tequipment customer service they said I should received the license key with 24 to 48 hours.

Tequipment generated an Invoice # for the transaction for the free bundle upgrade and sent me confirmation.

I actually received the license key within 4 hours from receiving the order placement confirmation e-mail.

Excellent service from Tequipment and if I need additional equipment in the future I would definitely order from Tequipment for sure.
