I alway though Terrauniversal was a very good company with good service but my experience lately with service is very poor. I probably will not use them again. Not even sure why I got a email from Terra asking me to fill out a survey about a purchase when I did not purchase a item from them. I could not get a response from a saleperson and so I purchase from another company. "
