I got 3 very limp, small and weak looking plants. Called and was told it was a cold winter. ? Even I know to cover and provide heat to seedings. We'll see how they turn out.
#2 The order did not match what I had written down. However, see Note to Callers, above. I have no proof. They are completely certain they are right. They asked for an invoice #. Guess what? It matched what they sent. Why am I certain? Because the eggplant plant sent was completely inappropriate for my tiny garden.

"If and when you ever get what you order, the seeds themselves are OK. Takes forever, unnecessarily so with plenty of excuses and associated attitude. Business efficiency has yet to be discovered by Territorial seeds. "
"Territorial Seed has a good selection and their product descriptions are very helpful. While most of the seeds I ordered have been of good quality, some were not. When leaving a review of these seeds, I noticed that Territorial Seed censors their reviews. I'm sure if I had written a positive review it would have been published, however my negative review never went online. When I contacted them to ask why, they didn't respond. You'll notice that very few customer reviews are negative. When I was placing my order I assumed this was because their products are great. Now it seems more likely that the company has only been publishing positive reviews. I wouldn't tell people not to order from Territorial Seed for this reason, but I would caution to take the product reviews with a grain of salt. I placed my order on the evening of February 26th, and it did not ship until March 3rd. While this is only a minor inconvenience, Territorial Seed does claim to ship the next business day, and it took them three. On the positive side of things, they have one of the best websites I've seen from an online seed store."

"Good selection, decent prices. Watch the shipping, especially if ordering plants and seeds (or plants that ship at different times) because it can stack up quickly if there are multiple shipments. I ended up with 3 shipments, and shipping cost me nearly as much as the order.
On the positive side, their customer service is excellent. I had a problem with my credit card, called them up, and the polite, well spoken customer service rep fixed me up quick and easy, and explained everything where I could easily understand."
