Ordered a laptop from Tesco Direct in-store, was given incorrect information and advice by customer services on two seperate occasions on attempting to obtain a refund; they oppologised, however the inconvenience caused was great and cost me time and money. I reluctantly gave up after two travelled attempts to the store and after speaking to customer services decided to keep the item instead.
Despite this, I was pleased with the unbeatable price for this product."
"I ordered a few books from Tesco Online. The ordering process was very easy and the prices were unbeatable - at least half the RRP for a lot of the chart paperbacks.
After ordering I received an email to let me know that one of the books was slightly delayed for a couple of weeks, which meant that that whole order had been put on hold. As the books were gifts, I was a bit disappointed that they couldn't send me the books that were in stock in the meantime.
In the end, I had to wait until all 3 books were in stock before they sent the order. That would be the only criticism I have, as otherwise it is an excellent shopping site."
