"Pressure gauge was good and shipping was fine. The only thing lacking was on the web site. A description should be provided giving the size of the brass fitting hose barb. The connection was 1/8" MNPT, which is what I needed but it would have been nice to know this before it arrived. Also, the web site should be expanded to offer different fitting sizes and adapters. "

LV Pro3 had no usb cable(no problem I have many)

"Great selection. Good prices. Not happy with the communication.
I understand an item going back-order after the order is placed. I do not understand not letting the customer know that it's not going to ship as anticipated. I was still waiting over a week later when I called customer service to inquire. A very nice lady helped me look up the order and find that a) there was a back-order on a single soldering tip and b)"It will ship today".
I did not want to zing them on the review, but we are another week down the road with no supplies and no further communication.
Either ship or communicate, but preferably both.
They can do(and have done) much better than this.
