"up till recently, i found DRSZHK quite helpful and efficient. that was as long as ebay and paypal were involved in the transaction.
now DRSZHK prefer payment through moneybookers or alternative companies therefore there is little comeback if things go wrong.
a perfect example of this is my latest and maybe final order from them, on 6th october 2009 i ordered a personalized moto V8 & moto LUK gold..
paid with moneybookers. this wasn't dispatched till 13th october, its now 25th november and i have emailed DRSZHK on several occasions asking them if they can investigate and more recently send a replacement order.. i have received NO reply whatsoever.. no matter which email address i use they dont want to know. this is not the way to conduct business especially when they promote an ultimate shopping experience! "
