"Ordered a pair of Oakley's and a Camelbak. Charged my card upon order. Three days later they sent an email stating their was a 'website' error and those products should not have been listed.

Got a refund 5-6 days later.

Then I received an email today without an unsubscribe asking me to review their company. No problem at all! Here it is!

Is this place run by kids? No way this is a serious business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

"Just like the other reviews I ordered a jacket and did not hear back from TetonVillageSports.com for about a week. Then when I had to finally contact them they informed me that the jacket was out of stock and my money would be refunded. If this company does not have a sufficient inventory system, they should make more of an effort to inform their customers when a purchased item is out of stock and the order is canceled."

"Placed an order for a jacket and it took them an entire day to get back to me telling me the jacket was no longer in stock and cancelling my order. No offers to substitute with another jacket at a discount or any real apologies for the mishap. Now I don't have the jacket for the weekend. Very disappointing experience. Will never buy from this store again."

"I placed an order on 03/05/2011 and paid via PayPal, they took the money same-day.

Today, 03/15/2011, I realized that they still had my money and that my item had not yet arrived. Upon further investigation, I realized that I had not even received any sort of confirmation email from them, only the PayPal receipt.

I called them to determine the status of my wayward order, and to find out what they intended to do with my money, which they've not had for almost 2 weeks.

Well, it turns out that the item I ordered was either never in stock, or they ran out before taking my order and holing my money. They made no effort to contact me or refund my money, it looks to me like they were hoping I'd forget and they could keep the cash.

The customer service rep was rather cavalier in dealing with me, no apologies, no real explanation, no offer of anything special to help sooth what is now not a great relationship.

I got my money back, but only after calling them and telling them that they screwed up. Had I not called, this would never have been resolved.

AVOID THESE GUYS. Perhaps a brick and mortar store would provide a safer experience, they just don't seem to have the savvy or infrastructure for online retail.
