"I called in to speak to a sales rep specifically to make sure I got all the correct parts and that I was buying parts that were actually in stock. Well this back fired. Sales rep sold me mostly wrong parts and even the ones that were correct and he said were in stock were actually out of stock. Here it is almost 3 months later and I am still waiting on getting my money back. I have even emailed the head of sales. I got his email from one of the sales girls that was trying to fix this mess. He didnt even bother to respond to me. I still have not received all my refunds"

"So i placed an order on 5/6 was all good waited about 7 business days and no parts so on the 16th i called for an order status and found out my order was canceled on the 12th and they issued a refund. the parts were for my daily driver and was barrowing a car from someone to get to work. I never recived an email or call or text stating they have canceled my order was told the issue was an error in there system when you use the cart link it doesnt show them what you ordered so instead of verifying or even notifying the order/ telling me i need to reorder the parts they had absolutely no communication with me but i gave them the benefitof the doubt everyonemakes mistakes maybe it slipped through the cracks but was not offered any compensation for the issue. Also the order was like $2000. So on the 16 i reordered my parts but i ended up spending about $300 less on the next order. So another 4 days go by and no shipping info on my parts so i call them agine to make sure my order wasnt canceled and so they tell me that all my parts are ready to ship except for the set of head studs i ordered they were on back order ( doesnt metion this on there website but other parts are noted out of stock) so i asked when they will be in stock the person on the phone said it could be 2 weeks or it could be 2 months so when they get in they will ship the order out i told them i cant wait on a i dont know when we will get your parts. So the person informed me that they can either refund me for the part and ship the rest of the order or ship the rest of the order and ship the head studs when they come back in stock. I dont know how they stay in business when they dont communicate with their customers at all. Seems like a terrible business model when someone orders 2k worth of stuff you cancell the order and dont notify the person, to me that shows they dont want my business. I did recive the rest of the parts finally on the 26th 20 days after my original order. I watch cleetus on youtube that is were i heard of the company figured they seemed like they would be a good comcompany to work with but instead i recived the worst costomer service/ communication ever in my life. everyone i know family, friends, business acquaintances WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Id suggest the same to you!

"I purchased a 454LSX turnkey. After installing the engine as per there requirements. It would not run. Had to be completely warm before it would move, idled so rich burn my eyes. After back and fourth with them no answer from them. I end up shipping the truck to davenport in Calgary (650 miles away) they got it running better but still not good. Davenport did they could. Engine is about 100hp down from what they told me. Davenport called Texas Speed and was informed davenport can't tune and the truck was build incorrectly. This is not my first build and the truck is over build. Engine is junk and going to remove it and send it back and look for someone else to build me a engine. Very upset "

"Had an AFM lifter failure on my 2010 Camaro SS. Called them up on Friday told them what my situation was and what I wanted to do. They set me up with everything I needed to swap out the AFM cam. I had all the parts on my doorstep Monday. Sent my computer in to them to tune on a Wednesday, and had it back on Friday. You can't beat their headers either. $750 for stainless steel long tubes with stainless cats, all the hardware, gaskets, and O2 extensions. I'm a customer for life now. "
