"We ordered Silver. They sent us a confirmation of the order. They claim our credit card was denied and further stated it was likely their fault. Yet they did not bother to call or email and help sort it out. This is not a company with which to do business. Everyone sells the same product, the difference is customer service. Search out the small regional provider and leave these big corporations who are only concerned about their bottom line. "

"This was my first experience with this company.
Placed an online order using my CC and received email verification of order stating all was well. (Order was to ship next day air) Two days later I went on TPM website to check on status and my order had been cancelled but didn’t say why. Called TPM and apparently my CC had been declined by their “automated” system but they couldn’t tell me why. Never received any communication from TPM about CC issue and apparently never would have if I hadn’t called them. Eventually spoke to the “Vice President” who told me:
1 - he had no idea why my order was cancelled and had no way of finding out.
2 - they don’t call their customers if there is an issue, it is up to the customer to login and check the status of order.
3 - once the “automated system” declines a CC payment (regardless of whether it was a mistake or not) they can never again take a CC payment from that customer.
4 - it was now up to me to start the order process over and use a different payment method.
By far one of the worst customer service Experiences I’ve had. If this company stays in business it won’t be due to their customer service skills - it will be blind luck. They blow!"
