"Placed an order for 35 silver rounds, but the payment didn't go through (not due to lack of funds). The issue is that they cancelled my order without notice. They waited until i reached out to get details on how to send them a check, to be informed they cancelled it.

In their defense, they attempted to call a few times, but always at a bad time during business hours. I said i'd call back but totally forgot.

Remedy: it would be nice if you would email notifications before cancelling someone's order.
