" They double dip on credit card processing. What they do is process the full amount as a temporary authorization and then turn around within a second or two and do a full charge. The credit card companies consider this two separate transactions. Let’s say you had a $10,000 limit on a credit line and you want to purchase $6000 worth of product. They will secure a temporary authorization for $6000 and then turn right around and charge the card for the purchase of $6000 which will result in a credit card decline... so, you are completely maxed out and will receive no metal....this will take many days to drop off! You leave there Shiner Location with a maxed out credit card and no product."

“This customer, living in Mexico, with a Colorado driver's license, and a Houston, TX billing address, raised several red flags in our fraud detection department. He insisted on a paying an extra $400 credit card premium for the opportunity to earn airline miles (do the math on that one). He eventually came to the office in person, and he was able to complete the transaction (one of our customer service reps going ABOVE and beyond to service him), and left with his metals (despite what he states in his review) when we could have just as easily turned him away as a client. The implication that we have "stolen" anything is patently false and should be obvious to anyone who knows our business, our 25,000 satisfied clients, and our history of doing $1B in metals transactions. Despite going to great lengths to support this client, he has been rude and verbally abusive to our staff. This review is ignorant.”
