"This is my 4th time purchasing from TPM and it is not a good one. I placed my order on the 1st of feburary, funds were taken out of my account on the 4th of February and up to now my item has not shipped or been given any notification on why my item is being held up. This to me only indicates a poor payment to shipping process. Now I will probably have to wait till Monday to have my item shipped because company does not believe in having items out for delivery when business is not open even though UPS, FED EX and USPS all work on Saturday and now even on Sundays. I know I am not buying millions in precious metals but I still shouldn't be treated any less. "
