"I did have one complaint - regarding the Ordering. MAYBE I MISSED IT, but at the end of the order you are asked if you wanted the order to be sent to the Precious Metals Depository. I DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY WERE REFERRING TO, and I mistakenly thought if I said No, I would not get the metal I ordered - so I said Yes (again, maybe I missed what that question meant, but I didn't see an explanation anywhere). Anyway, "Yes" causes the metal to be sent somewhere in China for pickup. Now for the good part - they caught it, figured out it was a mistake - left me a phone message saying they thought it might be a mistake - and said (I thought they said) they were going to ship the metal to my address unless they heard back from me. Well, that didn't happen "automatically" and after a week+ with no metal, I called (luckily I still had the saved phone message with their number) and they said they were waiting to hear back from me - and after everything was straightened out, they shipped my order immediately and I received it a couple of days later. [And by the way, I did do an automatic reply to the phone message with my new cell phone when I got the original message (telling them yes, ship to me), but apparently they never received the message - that could have been my problem (new cell phone),] Anyway, when I called an talked to a person, they went directly to my order and resolved the problem So the short story is; "Don't check Yes to have your product sent to the depository". ron in round rock"
