“This customer ordered on December 18th. We shipped the package the very same day (!) and emailed him the tracking information that day. According to the tracking information, the package is due to arrive on Monday. Certainly, the holidays likely played a role in the shipping delay, but also the fact that the customer lives in Hawaii! (And - worth noting - we shipped the package for FREE to Hawaii.)
The most bewildering part of all is that this 1-star review is the first we have heard of the issue, instead of calling us and requesting assistance or intervention with the package, which would seem to be a reasonable and ordinary course of action.
We go above and beyond to offer over-the-top customer service, but blaming our company for issues with a shipping carrier is unfair and frivolous.”
