“This order was paid using "online bill pay" and not using the ACH payment method. With this method of payment, your bank will pull the funds from your account, generate a paper check and then mail it to us via USPS. We advise clients to allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive the funds using this method. This is the slowest form of the payment options that we offer. You received the notification from the bank once they had pulled the funds from your account; however, this does not account for the time it takes them to send the check. We received the online bill pay check from your bank on January 5, 2017 and sent you an email notification that same day stating we had received payment. We shipped the order on January 9, 2017, two business days after receiving your payment. We ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving payment and your order fit well into that window. We received payment for both of your orders on a Thursday. For your information, we refrain from shipping on Fridays due to additional security measures. That being said, your orders shipped the following Monday. For your first order, you paid using a bank wire and you also received your order within 3 business days of placing your order and receiving your payment.”
