"Texas Precious Metals did their usual outstanding job of keeping me advised about the progress of my order. This time however, I was not able to be home to sign for the package and asked for it to be shipped to the nearby UPS customer Center where I could pick it up. Due to the Christmas volume, TPM were not aware that UPS had changed the "ship to" location of their customer service center to a location about 30 miles away. After several phone calls to UPS and a couple of calls to TPM, Allison (of TPM) took the initiative , called UPS and managed to have a truck deliver my order to my home - after hours. Now that's GREAT customer service. Despite the confusion between myself, UPS and TPM, I got my order on time in good condition. Now if only TPM could bring back the Texas Longhorn silver rounds.....
