Over 15 business days had past (that is excluding weekends & holidays) since I had ordered my book and I never received it. In addition, there was no shipping or tracking information available or anything for me to refer too. I was told that I would receive my book within 4-14 business days. I was also told that I would be notified of tracking information once it became available and when the Textbookrush.com system was updated. I was very disappointed with Textbookrush.com's inability to fulfill either of these commitments. Ordering from Textbookrush.com has resulted in a tremendous inconvenience and has been a frustrating experience. The absence of receiving my item has had a negative impact on my education, as I am a graduate student and professional. Upon further reflection of my experience with the company, I would not recommend this company to anyone else. I ended up having to request a full refund for my order (which was seamlessly completed). "I sent 10 books to them but they rejected 3 of them for stupid exuses that aren’t true. For example they rejected a book that was 25$ but just because of a tiny stain they rejected it. On top of that they won’t send it back so they technically stole 50$ from me!!!
