"This was my very 1st time selling my text books to a company. I googled best places to sell textbooks and textbookrush came up along with others, but i decided to go with textbookrush for some reason that i cannot explain. I entered the ISBN codes, got my quote, liked what was offered so i printed the shipping label , put my books in a box and sent my texbooks free of any cost to me to the company via FedEx. Two days later, my books were delivered. I received the exact amount that was quoted to me. I didn't encounter any difficulties. The process was simple. I received my check 5 days after i was notified that my books were processed. Without a doubt, i would not hesitate to do business with this company in the future, or refer them to anyone who decides to sell their textbooks. This company is very fair. I do not have any complaints. I was skeptical after reading some not so great reviews, after i had already sent my books off;however, i do believe that some people are not being reasonable and fair. You have to be honest about your books and tge edition- US version is totally didn't from international versions. You have to read and select the correct choice, otherwise once your book is delivered, they do not have any choice but to make changes to what they are working with. Also, their website clearly states that if for some reason, the books are not authentic, the publisher will confiscate the books till further notice. Long story, i had an excellent experience. It would make sense to ask some basic questions about the book upfront, and to let customers know before shipping, the things that are a no-go for the company. Apparently highlighting is one of those no-gos, but I did not see that stated anywhere. Thus the book was rejected and shipped back to me. After an initial estimate of $47. Highly disappointed in the way this was handled. Won't do it again."
"When I made my initial order, there was a promotion to receive a free DVD along with it. I chose one from among the selected titles, but when my main order shipped out I got an email saying the DVD I chose was no longer available and not given an option to add another. Not a huge deal, but it was disappointing since I chose TextbookRush among other sites with the item I was looking for specifically because of the promotion. "
