"they said they would give me $16 for the book i was selling back. they received the book and said they would no longer give me the $16 and that if i wanted the book back i had to pay $4 in shipping. still haven’t answered my emails"
"I received an email on 12/22 saying a check had been processed, but I have yet to receive."
"Be careful with this one - make sure to document the state of your book before you send it back. In my case, they claimed it was "unbuyable" due to damage which didn't exist prior to shipping (and believe me, it was well packaged)"
"Turn around was super quick. Thank you."
"It was a very smooth process and I’m glad I was able to get some money for my old college textbooks. "
"Very efficient and paid me exactly what was promised! "
"When I typed my ISBN, the book was described as the loose leaf version of the textbook. My order was processed as if everything was fine, but then my order was rejected because the fine print says that they don’t accept loose leaf texts. I suppose I should have read the conditions but I also feel that I shouldn’t have been able to process my order if the ISBN described the textbook as loose leaf. They did send my book back free of charge, but disappointed nonetheless."
"Received sell back offer & got that offer. Awesome!"
"Easy to sell my book and grateful
I was provided the shipping label! "
"Never received payment for the books I sold. "
"Process was easy and efficient."
"It was very easy to sell my book. They provided the shipping label and I just provided a box and dropped it off at fed ex. I received emails to keep me updated on the process and received a check in the mail promptly. "
"These guys did exactly what they said they would do. Their assessment of the books was fair and the payment was prompt. We will sell all our books here"
"I sent them the books, and they sent me the money afterward. No weirdness or jankiness. Seemed fair and straightforward."
"TextbookRush did a good job quickly processing my order. I was a little bummed they didn't take one of my books. Maybe I should've looked into the requirements for reselling first. "
