My Comments to Textbook Rush:
I bought this book through the book store at Western Carolina University while I was obtaining my graduate degree. I paid for this book with MY money and rather it is a copy authorized by the publisher or not it is still MY book as I have not been paid by Textbook Rush for the book. Really, Textbook Rush, I wonder how many other customers have received this same email? Are you just scamming people or what? Originally, I paid a lot more than the 31 dollars you were going to give me for the book. Scamming just one person is no big deal and will not give Textbook Rush very much money, but scamming many people like this could lead to some extra dollars for Textbook Rush.
I expect a response in regards to this matter and DO NOT like someone telling me something I paid for can be taken by someone else without my permission. If the copy is found to not be an authorized copy then I would like my textbook sent back to me... I PAID FOR IT, RATHER IT IS AN AUTHORIZED COPY OR NOT, IT WAS MY MONEY.
If I do not get a response in regards to this complaint I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and reporting your company.
