"I got quoted online for a fair price for my books and mailed them in. After a short period of time I received an email saying one of my books had water damage and was not usable (not true when I mailed the book), and another book they said was possibly counterfeit and they were looking into it (didn’t know that was possible when I bought the book from a legitimate seller and had no issues when I used it). Overall I didn’t get anywhere near the amount I was expecting and would have sold to a different company if I knew they would be so cheap after the fact. I will not do any business with them again. I feel like I was cheated out of my books since they will not send them back."
