"First time using TextbookX, I was advised you use my school log in information to get in, however the password requirements are different for both sites and you need to first create an account at TexbookX to use it, this is not what I was told. Some clear directions from the school or on the website would have saved my days of contacting the school tech support assuming it was on their end not a "user error".
