"After this company falsely advertised which book they were selling, there were quick to take the book back. However, I had to pay to ship the book back and the company has not credited me the shipping cost. Very unsatisfied with this company. "

They took a while to contact me (which is an understandable error that can arise from a new company) but when they took longer than they said they would on the shipping as well, they solved it by refunding me part of my shipping costs. So even though I had some initial frustrations: once I actually got a hold of them I think they still deserve the full 5 stars simply because their costs are MUCH much better than anywhere else I looked (unless I wanted a drawn-all-over copy).
