"Ordered 3 textbooks for 125+ days on this website on January 30th. University of Delaware spring semester starts on February 6th and ends May 26th. The rental return date was May 15th which isn't 125 days. I went to checkout and all my books were no longer available since I didn't check out immediately. When I went to repurchase the same books on this site all but one of the books increased in price. One increased by $15. Called Customer Service and they extended my return date however, they wouldn't honor the cheaper book price even after checking with the manager. Can you say BAIT and SWITCH? There should be some sort of notice on the website that your cart is being timed and prices are not honored after so many minutes OR my original price should be honored"
