"I bought something that had to be returned to sender. Even though they do supposedly have a refund policy, the package they state they did not receive back. The post office does it sitting there. I called the post office but, they will not talk to me on it since I am not the original shipper. Emailing back n forth with That Daily Deal's customer service, they refuse to contact the post office to find out where it is and why it hasnt been returned. I am out $60. The person who has been emailing with me Kiesha has been very polite but, refuses to contact the Postal service even after I provided them with an email from the carrier stating they must contact them."

"I place two orders on different days for the same item. They were to go to different (very distant) locations. They combined the orders and sent them to the first location. They claim they do this to save money! They actually expect the first recipient to forward the rest of the order(s) to the other recipient(s)! How absurd is that? And it tokk over a week for them to admit to that, claiming, first, that they had both been delivered, then claiming one was lost by USPS.
Extemely rude "customer service". Their products are junk, I knew that going in and they were essentially gag gifts. I am just dumbfounded at their delivery policy."

"I never received tracking or the product and almost forgot about the order from July 5, 2021. When I wrote them yesterday they sent a USPS tracking number that shows they only put the city and state and incorrect zip on the package. I looked at my order and I had put the whole address in.
It was returned to them on July 19, 2021 due to an “incomplete address” (they only put the city and state on the mailing address) and they did nothing until I just caught it and wrote them that I never got the package.
They they charged me a 25% restocking fee because it was returned to them with an incomplete address. they didn’t put on a whole address! And had I not caught them I would’ve gotten nothing.
I wrote them that that is a con."

Shipping is slow, but who cares when you can get stuck a bargain. Everything is slow importing merchandise. Usually stuff gets hung up at the ports. Ppl need to be more patient. "

"Absolutely the biggest rip off company on the planet. At a time when the whole world is in need they take advantage, falsely advertise product as “in stock”, they take your money then do not respond to inquiries, phone calls emails etc... They continue to advertise the same product as “in stock” with no delivery eta or update on existing orders. 6 weeks and still no product or communication. But man they spam you with new email advertising every single day. They are crooks, profiteers, and absolutely the worst on-line buying experience ever. In this day and age of fast communication they literally disappear and go “dark” when you try to reach them."
