"I ordered a dress from this company, immediately after receiving the dress I notice it was not as pictured and of poor quality. I immediately contacted the company via email, requesting a return/refund as this fit into their return policy. The company asked for pictures showing the difference, I then sent pictures I even circled the difference on the pictures. They then said that they didn't see any differences. They then emailed a second set of return policy not listed on their website. We exchanged emails over a course of several days. I practically begged for a return/refund they in total sent me 3 different return/refund policies. This company is definitely not out to help the consumer. All of the emails I received from them definitely led me to believe that the business ethics were poor at best. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM thdress.com they will rip you off"
