The negative (item delivered was of lower quality than materials than described) has been far offset by the responsiveness of their customer service to remedy the issue. Within hours of my raising it, they acknowledged their mistake in the product description and offered more than reasonable accommodations to rectify the situation.
Other products that they've sent in this and prior orders have been as described, and at very competitive prices. "
"Not impressed with this company at all. Placed my order on Dec. 13th, they did not ship until Dec. 16th. Then they shipped via DHL GlobalMail. It took DHL 5 days to get it from PA to TX and then they handed it off the USPS in TX (but not near my home). Then it took the Post office 2 more days to deliver my purchase. All in all, it took 9 days from the day I placed my order until I received the item. I was very disappointed and will not do business with TheCellGuru again. They seem to be nice folks, and they communicate well, but the few dollars I saved by purchasing from them is not worth the extra 5 days it took to get my product."
