"I live literally 30 miles away from where this place is based at (I live in Los Angeles, TheDSDeals is based in Walnut, CA). I am very sad to say that this store takes FOREVER to ship a product. I ordered on the 6/14 and charged my credit card right away (they use PayPal). I finally get a shipment notice on 6/22. Now, I ship many things locally and I can guarantee you that if I ship something today, it will arrive in Walnut by the next business day. It's been 5 business days now and I have still not received my product. I believe they have just created a shipment notification online and got a tracking number but they have not actually shipped the item yet. I am still waiting for this product."

"I agree with the previous poster. I ordered almost a month ago, they charged me right away, and never shipped anything. They are not responding to emails. The tracking number states that the item was never shipped, only billed. "

"I ordered a R4DS from this site and What a problem I have had (so far). They charged my paypal account prior to confirming my order has shipped (which they have yet to do). They do not respond to emails or phone calls. Probably one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had yet. I even had to make a claim with paypal to see if I can get my money back. Word of advice, stay away at all costs and do some research!"
