"The store is a rip off. They advertised the Panasonic PV-GS300 for a very low $375 and I bought two for Christmas. They called saying they were shipping my cameras and asked which battery I wanted without stating the price. I said "no battery, just the camera." Moments later, I got an email saying the item was backordered and they canceled my order. I called back and asked how much the battery was and they said $179.99. I found the battery online for $33.00. I'm glad they cancelled my order. I would have hated to do business with them."

Ordered a Nikon camera and had to call almost 3 weeks later when it was not received. I made a polite inquiry, but the person I talked to was truly offensive. Immediately ridiculed me for having not looked at my email on the weekend when he alleged a cancellation had been sent(which would have been 2 WEEKS after it was ordered and paid for!). I then logged on and confirmed no such email had been sent over the weekend. In fact, the email of cancellation wasn't even SENT until hours AFTER our conversation!
In response to my call and simple request for a staus, his rude response was totally out of line. I did call back to the sales number, said I wanted to describe the inappropriate behavior I had just been exposed to and they just hung up on me. Please note the 'Contact Us' referred to on their site does not even exist; just try to send an email. That by itself should alert you to avoid this e-tailer."
"Ordered camcorder on line, received Email saying must call store to verify. Called store and didnt want to buy any of their other high price stuff.said camera available and would ship. "What a scam. Wished I had read here first - I had the same issue as other reviewers. I ordered two cameras, had to call to "confirm" order, they offered accessories, and then they told me order would be shipped straight away. Two seconds later, I got an email that the order was cancelled because camera was on backorder. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS VENDOR!"
"Absolutely the most horrible online experience I have ever had.
I called to confirm my order and the rep asked why I did not order an extra battery? I told him, because I did not want an extra battery. Then he asked why and after saying I didn't need it, he told me I had an attitude so he was cancelling my order. Then he tried to tell me the camera did not come with a battery. I told him fine, cancel my order and I would never purchase anything from them again.
I immediately cancelled the single use credit card I had used and called customer service. The customer service rep told me that no that camera was actually unavailable and that without a name there was nothing he could do about the original rep.
A little later I received an email saying that the product was unavailable. Six hours after that I received another email telling me that my order was received and again to call and confirm.
This was an awful experience and I will always checkout the sites here from now on.

"Ordered Canon A620 over internet. Called immediately to confirm but they were too busy. Jason called me about 20 minutes later. Mentioned that I didn't buy a memory card. Said I had a 1 SD gig card already. He said Ok we'll get it right out. On Monday, my account shows no current order. Only email I ever received was the one telling me to confirm the order. I have responded several times to that email but heard nothing from them (it's 9/21). Their website states for faster customer service to email but has no email address listed anywhere on the site."

"What a bunch of thieves and liars! They had a good price on a camera, so I ordered one. Soon I got the dreaded email saying that I needed to call them to verify my purchase information. So I called and they then tried to get me to buy an extra battery, five year extended warranty and other stuff marked up about five times the normal retail price. When I refused to buy any of the overpriced accessories the shyster then told me that the camera I had ordered was a rebuilt one and that if I wanted the new one it would cost another $100. "I ordered a Olympus 720 SW digital camera on 9-15-2006 for $249.00. Shortly there after, I received an e-mail confirming my order and instructed me to call within 24hrs. to confirm my order. They are closed on Saturday so I called on Sunday. I was greeted with "Your order number?" in which I gave the number I mistakenly thought was my order number. He then told me "Call back when you get the correct number." Very rude right from the beginning! I managed to locate the correct number before he hung up. Ok...I thought everything was cool until he then tried to sell me an extra battery. I told him I was not interested in an extra battery. "Why not?" he says.....I said "I just want the camera." "OK, then I'm canceling your order." he says and hangs up. Sure enough I received an e-mail...."As per your instructions, this email is to inform you that your order was cancelled and deleted in our system ,as a policy we do not charge an account unless the product ships that day. We apologize for any inconvenience. Your Cancellation number is c44." That's really funny since I never asked to have my order canceled! I called back to a different extention to speak to somebody else and they informed me the order was canceled due to the fact that they do not have the camera in stock. Ok...so I research the batteries for this camera. They cost on average $40....their site sold them for $160! So now I think I get the picture (no pun intended!) They are going to make their money some where, and if it's not the camera, it's going to be selling me another battery! What a SCAM! Buyer beware with this vender! I canceled my credit card shortly after because of concerns these guys might not be a real business! "
"These guys are scam artists. Watch your credit cards! I ordered a camera online last night, then got a call today to "confirm." Immediately he starts trying to sell me add-ons that sounded very overpriced. When I said no to those, he told me the camera I ordered was "refurbished," but he could sell me a new one for an additional price. At this point I realized I was being scammed, so I wasn't even paying attention to the actual price he was quoting. I was too busy thinking, "Great. I gave my credit card info to some thieves. That was brilliant, genius." So I tell him to cancel the order, but he keeps refusing to take no for an answer. Finally my husband takes the phone and asks him what part of "no" he's having trouble with, and he makes a snide remark implying that WE are being rude. Unbelievably low-class crooks. Don't be stupid like I was -- stay away from this company."
"Ordered camera online, received email order confirmation advising that telephone confirmation was required. Telephone confirmation resulted in pressure sales to purchase additional overpriced items. I did not agree to additional items. No shipping notification after a week, called to find status, was informed that camera backordered at least 3 weeks. Called two more times, was given different backorder period each time. Called to cancel order, was told order would ship shortly. Cancelled anyway. Each time felt that I was treated either rudely or at least brushed-off.
Hopefully this is the end of the matter, definitely would not order again. "
"Do not do business with this store! I seriously doubt that they are a legitimate business. My boyfriend was attempting to buy a digital camera as a gift for me. He ordered during the weekend, and received an email requesting that he call to confirm the order. The man was extremely rude to him, and eventually told him that he cancelled his order because he was arrogant (believe me, he is not). What an annoying waste of time! "
"Yes this is a scam. My mother had purchased a camera for me with her credit card. The next day he called back and sold her some memory and a battery charger at a rediculous price. When she told me this, I had her call them back and remove those items from the number. She was placed on hold for a very long time before she was able to speak with anyone. When the guy did pick up, the first thing he had to say was the order was cancelled because he "doesnt play games." She gave the phone to me, and he just kept telling me the order was cancelled. I asked to speak with his supervisor. He hung up.
I called him back, waited on hold for about 10 minutes. He said he couldnt help me without an order number. Well, we never got an order number. I told him this wasn't a bazaar in Mecca, and in America we have standards. This made him very angry.
I contacted his service provider and filed a complaint. You should too.

"I ordered a camera on 16 August with the condition/promise it would ship that same day and I would have it before the following Monday. My need is critical. I paid for 3 day UPS service. 4 times they hung up on me when I tried to see when it would ship. I later got a call "confirming" my order and claiming the price did not include correct batteries or memory (another $100 plus! I later checked, and I did NOT need to buy those adds.(My camera experience is all Long's disposables).
I got a note from UPS saying it shipped today
(18th), meaning I won't have it when I need it.
I have called several times today to complain because I paid extra for shipping, got scammed into buying things I didn't need, plus I would have bought elsewhere if necessary. I was directed to Tony but each time they say he's out, call back in 20 minutes. Now he's gone for the day.
They are non-responsive. I will NEVER deal with these birds again.
