"I was very dissapointed with the service i received from this company. About 7 months ago now i purchased a cold cathode tube from them and noticed after a few weeks of operation that it had stopped working. I got in contact with the company and arranged to send it back. Which i did the next day using recorded delivery as requested.

Despite repeated (and i mean repeated) attempts to contact them i havent received any response from them in over 6 months of trying. Its a real shame that the after sales has let them down since i was very pleased with the way everything had gone upto that point.

As it is im about £20 down and ive since bought another tube from my usual suppliers."
