"Found a relatively hard to get item on this website. The item cost and shipping costs were good, so placed the order. Unfortunately, the automated confirmation e-mail was the only correspondence from this merchant. Initially waited one week for the item to arrive (or at least get a shipping notification), but alas, nothing arrived. Then tried to contact them to inquire about my order and received no response, so tried again...and again... Finally, simply gave up and bought it elsewhere (for more money, however it shipped the next day)!

Can't say that the customer service was bad, since there was none. The good news is that their lack of response also meant that they never charged my credit card so,there's that at least!"
