"I don't even know where I should begin, so I'll start with this. If you're reading this because your considering/looking into this company but not sure if it's legit/reputable/you should or not-100% DEFINITELY GO WITH THEM!! No where else. First and foremost, the first thing that struck me with this company when I found it online, is no matter how you contact (by phone, e-mail, live chat) you ALWAYS speak to a real person! No automated anything, no generic copy/paste generated responses, nothing besides live **helpful** and accommodating people. I have NEVER witnessed nor experienced such a high degree of customer service in my life, and I used to be a customer service manager at a major store. They are so amazing, helpful, patient...they just go above and beyond. In all honesty I really wish I found this website sooner! Not only that, but all my (& I mean A LOT) lengthy messages to them were always IMMEDIATELY answered! No waiting a couple days to hear back with useless information you so often find elsewhere.
I found them after being burned by 2 internet based companies, in search for the Galaxy Note Edge (white), as it's an "older" model phone, my options of places who still carried it were extremely limited. And I mean my experience prior to TPS, was horrendous and just traumatizing. In a nutshell (so easier to understand the length of how amazing TPS are) I found the device from an online based company out of Hong Kong, which they outreach their warehouses/devices globally, to offer lower prices (w/ no tax, free shipping, no customs/other hidden fees). Now before you quickly think "well Hong Kong- there's your sign" I heavily research ANYTHING I'm looking into be it products and/or companies, and as opposed to other international based companies,was very different w/ mainly great reviews. Well I find my device and it showed 6 were in stock. I order paid everything goes fine. Until over a month later I hear nothing, so my attempt to harrass them took over a week to speak to a real person- which I was then finally told the device was actually not in stock, nor would any of their warehouses be replenishing the item, then was another month after jumping thru hoops for a week to speak to a real person just to put in for my refund, for the actual funds to be refunded to me. Which mysteriously their live chat's and phone numbers website were constantly "down" . Almost 3 months I had money tied into something that they knew prior to my purchase it wasn't possible, and after making multiple complaints from it not being in stock nor would they be getting more in stock- to this day the site still shows 6 are in stock.
SOOO needless to say, after that horrific experience (which I wrote in a nutshell it was soo much worse!) I was traumatized and extremely weary of any online based companies, but needing the specific device and no store having it anymore- I had to act fast after I received the refunded money to get another order started. Which is when I found ThePowerSellers. I was immediately thrilled it was in the US. I immediately started sending many messages and emails, which I feel so sorry for them b/c of how terrible I was, asking the same questions/issues many times over to ensure this time around was guaranteed in stock, and other issues I went thru before. So that this time around I know I did everything I, as a customer, could possibly do to ensure I had 100% correct info. before purchase, and everything I could do to make sure I didn't end up with another mistake.
If you think this review is long, you should see how MANY detailed in depth e-mails I sent to this company, I mean at LEAST 25. EVERYONE there was SO patient, understanding, helpful and soooo kind. So informative, they took their time to read and reassure my concerns over and over again, were there every step of the way for any questions or concerns I had, big or small, then after a week when I decided I felt a million % confident with them, even while filling out the order any ?'s or double check that I'm choosing the right options, they were right there for me with babysteps&patience. Just really bending over backwards and going above and beyond from start to end. Which they certainly did not have to do, and they all really deserve a major raise after dealing with me almost 2 weeks LOL. But that really in itself speaks highly of their integrity and true appreciation for the customer. ANDDD their prices are so hard to beat! Which is only the cherry on top. I will never go elsewhere ever again. And I will advise any and every one to look no further, the power sellers are IT. They are amazing even when dealing with the hardest customer you could imagine, myself. Which being in Cust. Serv. myself, I know first hand can be extremelyyyy hard to keep your composure, let alone your kindness, when dealing with such issues. I am beyond impressed."
