I ordered Alexis Luxury 600 Super Soft Sateen 6pc Sheets Set from thesaveway.com. . It's was advertised on their web site as 400 thread count sheets, a luxury item with more then $200 retail price. I received a piece of chinese junk. There is no any indication of the thread count number on the package. The product looks very cheap, low quality, the fabric is very loose, it's transparent, there is no way it is 400 thread count fabric. You can see that individual threads are not close to each other. I believe that this merchant is committing a fraud and selling cheap, low quality items as expensive.

"I placed an order on 12-01-08 for a misting fountain. On the 12-10-08 I started trying to access my account to find out where my fountain was. After two attempts through email to the customer service, I get an email on 12-16-08 saying that order was unable to be processed and I would be refunded. I called the number listed because the fountain was still up on the web site, and I wanted to know what happened. The person was very rude and when it was obvious that I was unhappy, her response was "get a life". So now I am waiting to see if my refund comes through."
"I purchased a Magic Mist fountain from the savewave company. The base was broken when I received it. They replaced it eight weeks later with one of a different color that isn't even close to matching the fountain. Should be dark green but they sent tan. Now I get no response to e-mails. Also product does not work as well as described. A waste of $107.00"
"Earlier this year I purchased a mist of dreams from this company which they shipped with no packing padding (and thus the box was torn up horribly), no invoice, no insturctions, and no warrenty info. I come to find out later that I had a 3 year warrenty on a later to brake "mister" part of the fountain that I had already repurchased a replacement for in good faith (due to not knowing anything about how long the warrenty was). They then refused to give me a refund in anything besides store credit. On top of this, their website is poorly explained and I actually ordered the incorrect replacement mister when I did attempt to replace it (no description of part, just LU-1 for example. What does LU-1 mean????). To top it all off, their sales manager implied I was dumb in one of his emails because I didnt agree with their store policy. I would avoid this store for their poor CSR, shakey business principles, and also kind of rediculus return policy."
