"Service was fast but they were not very happy about it. I had reserved an appointment online and carefully selected the tires I had researched. After checking out / reserving my appointment time I was prompted that a rep from the store would call to confirm. When I received the call I was informed that they are no longer open as late as the online system says and that I would need to come an hour earlier. I asked if it was ok if come 45 minutes before closing time because that was the earliest I could make it. The rep agreed that that would be plenty of time. Well unfortunately when I arrived at the time I had mentioned the rep I had spoken with was no longer there and needless to say the 3 men working already had their minds set on closing time and on their first call for alcohol! I don't blame the workers one bit, I am sure they have to constantly deal with the frustration of having a reservation system that is different from the actual hours of operation. Tires choice could save theirs customers and employees a lot of head ache if they would update there online stsyem!"
