Placing the order was straightforward and simple. I received the order very quickly. However, the best part of the experience came after I received the order. I discovered that one of the boards was defective, which can happen to any vendor. As soon as I discovered the problem, I emailed their customer service and within MINUTES had a response from them that they were shipping the replacement right then and would enclose a return UPS label to return the defective board. I received the replacement without delay or question which enable me to get my customer back up and running very quickly.
