"I placed a order for a hospital bed for my mom on 8/7/2019, when it came there were 2 packages missing, and one of the wheels was broken, took a month to get the mattress, it was a month and one day of when I ordered the bed that I was actually able to set it up. "I understand they charged shipping cost on my order which is fine. So I ordered more quantity to reduce the effective shipping cost per unit. I just found out from them that they'll ship the available quantity they have and if the back ordered items have no ETA, they will just cancel the back ordered items. The shipping cost on my order is $7.95 and the item cost is $6.14 each. I ordered 24 so that my shipping cost per unit will be $0.33. Apparently, they're only able to fulfill 8 so now I end up with a shipping cost of $1 per item. I got lucky as they're able to fulfill 8 but according to their process, it's possible that they can only fulfill 1 unit and if that happens the shipping cost will be more than the cost of the item. It would have been nice if they contact me first if I still want to proceed with the order before partially shipping the available quantity and cancelling 2/3 of my order. I asked them if they can partially refund the shipping cost based on $0.33 per unit but they denied the request. A very bad experience for a new customer. I won't buy from them again.

"I ordered the Medline Economy Disposable Underpads for my animals. I am familiar with Medline products, and have not had any issues with the manufacturer in the past, but this time the pads are HORRIBLE quality. Zero absorbancy, leaking straight through the plastic backing. I have never experienced this bad quality in any puppy pad / underpad I have ever purchased in 10+ years. The pads did arrive in a Medline box, but it was re-taped. I am wondering now if they were substituted with some other brand. In any case, Betty Mills makes it impossible to return this inferior and probably fraudulent product. Package must be unopened to return... how was I supposed to know how bad it was if I hadn't opened it? Minimum "restocking" charge that is nearly half the cost of the product, PLUS I would have to pay return shipping.
Total waste of money for me. I should have read the rest of the reviews here before ever buying from Betty Mills in the first place."
"I ordered 2 wrist bands & 1 was delivered, but it was too small, so I called to cancel the other but was told that it's in transit & that I can send them back; which I did. I paid for shipping both ways, but was told that I sent the package to the wrong office. I return to the returned address on the box. Then there is a restocking fee. The merchandise had cost some $29. However my credit was $12. This is down right rip off. I want my money back, cause you got back what's yours."
"I ordered a box of organic chocolate for my husband. The chocolate was bad and looked old. I contacted Betty Mills' customer service. They offered to give me a full refund only if 1/2 of the chocolates were damaged, this woman wanted me to literally open the entire box of chocolates to check! I declined as I wanted a full refund for it, as I paid $50.00 for the chocolates. I asked to send the chocolates back, the woman send me an email with instructions which specified the chocolates had to be " resalable" to get a full refund.
I had to get my credit card company involve to get a full refund. Don't waste your time with this company. Customer service is very rude and they don't care about you. Horrible company safe your money and purchase elsewhere!!"

"I've been ordering rags from Betty Mills for over a year now and had a decent experience in general until recently. I reordered rags and when they didn't arrive in their usual time frame, I had to follow up. I was told the items were back ordered. Well it would have been nice if they had informed me when I placed my order or at least let me know via email right after. So I returned those and ordered a different item and the item sent was something that we could not use; the rags were not absorbent at all even thought the product indicated they were "wiping" rags. When I complained, Michelle, one of their reps, was not only non apologetic, she stated that the description was not lacking and gave me a different description from what was posted and refused to give me any credit whatsoever but said I could return at my own expense. As a business owner myself, I do not appreciate the attitude. I guess Betty Mills could care less if I remain a loyal customer or not and for these reasons, I'm no longer going to order from them. "
