"Very dissatisfied with the service so far. I ordered the Samsung smartphone a week ago and if has not been shipped out because of the esn. I tried calling BD and never get an answer. I have left voice messages and have not heard back. Very fustrated with the situaution.All they have offered was refund of shipping and a free car charger. Really? I spent 85 bucks with BD and not get the item I ordered in a timely manner like the other customers I read comments about. Very dissatisfied right now with the sitaution. I was hoping have the phone by the 4th of August so I can switch providers, but guess I be going without service, and I am a freelance designer who depends on my cellphone.

UPDATE 08/04/2011: First, BD didn't call me, I had to call them. Second, I was not satisfied with the replacement phone options because they were not as same quality as the orginal phone. Last Friday I call and was informed package was shipped to me, but Monday was told the phones were waiting ESN clearance. Now to find out supplier is not sending phones to BD. BD gave false information or not told everything up front. BD should not be selling phones that are not in their "warehouse." I choose an alternated phone only to be told I would need to pay the difference. Honestly, I am in business myself and will do anything to resolve an issue is my fault even if it is a $90 correction. I don't think an even trade would be a new(other) phone for an used phone is an even trade. BD seemingly will do what is right if they make a profit. The phone listing is still on their website even though it is "not in stock." I will be surprised if I will have my refund as promised. I would stay clear of this company at all cost. "

"The end story is, I ended up with a working phone - BARELY. First phone was faulty (screen lock would not function) VERY hard to contact customer service.
