"Ordered a piece of furniture for $229. When it arrived it was damaged. Called Customer service. There is no customer service. One person takes a message and have to wait for a call back which never happens. Have called repeatedly but issue has not been resolved. They respond to emails after 2-3 business days. with no resolution, but more questions. Thinking of disputing the transaction."
