- Kneading paddle is completely plastic as opposed to the metal with non-stick surface of OEM
- No metal attachment as pictured
- You have to force paddle in and it does not sit completely in bread maker.
- Customer service horrible. Would not allow replacement despite being within return period, and advertizing: "Although Undamaged Merchandise May Be Returned For A Full Refund Within 15 Calendar Days Of Delivery""

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE BREADMAKER GURU (TROY) - He does not fulfill his promises. I needed a replacement pan for my breadmaker and he stated that he could get it. It took approximately two months to receive it, and the pan did not fit the machine - it was too big for the machine to close. When I brought this to Troy's attention he replied to my email "trouble on my end. will contact you when all is sorted out. many apologies. bmg" THAT WAS NEARLY TWO YEARS AGO. He does not respond to emails, and now the email address has been deleted. BAD BUSINESS! BEWARE!"

"The replacement belt is just a heavy duty rubber belt, not OEM. I disassembled and re-lubed the moving parts. My Hitachi HB-B201 beadmaker is working well with the new belt an lube job. My hope is that the belt lasts a couple of years."
